Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivery confirmed. MXAlliance`s standard shipping is usually with Speed Services Couriers or Aramex Couriers. Speed Services for counter to counter and Aramex for door to door. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification of the shipping along with a tracking number. International rates will be calculated manually. Shipping times are normally 8-10 working days from ship out at supplier. Delays due to strikes or customs are out of our hands. Once your order is here and ready it will be shipped immediately.
Return and Refunds Policy
Returns can be made on select items. Please enquire before purchasing if you are unsure. If an item can be exchanged it needs to be in original condition with all tags still attached. The customer needs to contact us and arrange a return. If it needs to be sent back to the supplier the customer needs to carry the shipping cost. Please double check your order to make sure you have the correct sizes, colours, etc. Boots are listed in US Sizes. If however we sent the wrong products or damaged products we will gladly correct the mistake free of charge. Cancellations of all orders that are already shipped out by our suppliers are subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
If an item is on backorder or an order is delayed by our supplier, MXAlliance will notify you via email or phone. In case an item is on backorder you have the option to either wait, exchange the item for another item or cancel the order.
MXAlliance shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the MXAllianceï¿½s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for MXAlliance via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.ï¿½ Users may go to http://www.paygate.co.za/ to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by MXAlliance separately from card details which are entered by the client on placing an order.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.ï¿½ Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and MXAlliance chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

MX Alliance is a parallel importer
Companies that are parallel (‘grey’) importers are required by law to notify customers by means of disclosure on documentation, that they are not authorised by the manufacturer as an authorised distributor of the branded product and that the authorised South African distributor of these products is under no obligation to honour the manufacturers’ guarantees/warrantees or to provide after-sales service, and that the parallel importer will support and service those clients they supply.
